Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers 15x12 mm, weight 3.5 g — a reference for those looking to enhance and adjust the CVT transmission of their scooter. Made from CPT according to the specific Malossi formula, these rollers replace the original component to restore a consistent behavior of the variator.

Operating principle

The rollers convert their mass into centrifugal force during the rotation of the variator: the heavier the roller, the earlier it pushes the belt outward and lowers the engagement RPM; the lighter it is, the more the engine maintains RPM before increasing speed. Therefore, adjusting the weight of the rollers allows for fine-tuning of the RPM rise, acceleration, and engine usage range without modifying other components.
