MALOSSI - Roller Set 16x13 mm (3.9 g) - 6 pieces

These Malossi rollers, made from CPT with a specific formula, constitute a technical replacement set for variators. Designed for scooters and small-displacement engines equipped with a roller holder accepting 16x13 mm, they allow you to adjust the behavior of the secondary transmission without heavy modifications.

Usage Principle

When rotating, the mass of the rollers generates a centrifugal force that drives the opening of the variator. The heavier the roller, the earlier the opening occurs (at a lower RPM); conversely, lighter rollers delay the opening and favor a higher RPM. This set at 3.9 g is an intermediate reference for adapting acceleration and power range according to your setup.
