Set of MALOSSI rollers designed for scooter variators: 6 rollers made of CPT (MALOSSI's specific formula) intended for replacement or optimization of CVT transmission settings. Each roller measures 16 x 13 mm and weighs 3 g, a common size for fine-tuning the shift points and engine behavior in everyday or sporty riding.

Operating on the principle of centrifugal force, the rollers determine the opening moment of the variator. By lightening or weighing down the rollers, you modify the RPM range at which the variator reaches its limit: a lighter roller tends to favor a higher engine RPM before shifting, while a heavier roller does the opposite. These rollers thus serve as adjustment elements to adapt the response, acceleration, and performance within the engine's power range.
Simple replacement for basic adjustments and variator maintenance. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for installation and break-in to ensure optimal and durable operation of the transmission.
