Malossi Roller Set 20x17mm 16g – 6 pieces (ref. 6611095.V0)

These Malossi rollers, made from CPT with a specific formula, are a technical replacement part for variators. Designed for urban scooters, they allow for precise adjustment of the secondary transmission behavior: variator opening moment, RPM increase, and acceleration.

High-quality CPT material, wear resistance suited to the pulley’s demands.
Complete set of 6 rollers for uniform replacement and accurate variator balancing.
Exact specifications: Ø 20 mm, width 17 mm, individual weight 16 g (constant ventilation and adjustment).

How it works

The roller transforms rotation into centrifugal force: a heavier roller causes the variator to close faster (lower RPM), while a lighter roller allows the engine to maintain a higher RPM. By changing the weight of the rollers, you adjust the RPM range of your scooter without modifying the engine.
