Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers in CPT (specific formula), manufacturer reference 6611095.B0. These rollers measuring 20 x 17 mm and weighing 7 g are designed as a technical spare part for the variator of scooters, aimed at riders who wish to finely tune the behavior of their automatic transmission.

Principle

The rollers transform their mass into centrifugal force according to the rotation: the heavier the roller, the faster it pushes the variator's plate outward, thus altering the shift point. Conversely, lighter rollers allow the engine to rev up before the shift occurs.
