Malossi Variator 23x18mm 12gr - of 6 Universal Variator rollersRef : MAL00319A / 1007819

Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers reference 66 9917.A0, designed to replace the original weights of the variator. Made from CPT with a specific Malossi formula, these rollers offer a refined finish and controlled wear for automatic transmissions of scooters and maxi-scooters.

Operation

The rollers convert rotation into centrifugal force within the movable pulley: the heavier the weight, the greater the centrifugal force, and the earlier the variator engages. Conversely, lighter rollers delay the engine's RPM increase. These 6 rollers measuring 23 x 18 mm and weighing 12 g allow you to adjust the variator's behavior according to your usage (city, mixed route, light tuning).

Variator Adjustment

By changing the weight of the rollers, you adapt the engine's operating RPM to achieve a better compromise between acceleration and top speed. Malossi rollers are a reliable technical replacement part for fine-tuning the transmission curve without modifying the engine.
