Features

Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers designed for the management of the variator transmission in scooters. Made from CPT with a specific formula by Malossi, these rollers are a technical replacement suitable for the original and allow for fine-tuning the variator behavior for a more responsive transmission and controlled acceleration.

Principle: in rotation, the mass of the rollers generates a centrifugal force. The weight determines the moment when the rollers push the movable pulley, influencing the transmission ratio and the engine operating speed. Heavier rollers lead to an earlier closure of the variator (engagement at low RPM), while lighter rollers delay this movement and keep the engine revving higher.

This set allows you to adjust the variator behavior according to your needs: acceleration, smoothness in the city, or maintaining the engine within the desired power range, while remaining on a reliable and proven technical basis.
