Malossi Roller Weights Set 23x18mm 25g - 6 pieces
Manufacturer reference: 66 9917.U0
Set of 6 Malossi rollers designed for urban scooter and quad variators. Made from CPT with a specific formula, these rollers are a technical replacement part intended to replace the original while allowing for adjustments to the transmission behavior. Ideal for those looking to fine-tune acceleration, engine revs, and the engine's operating range without altering the main mechanics.
Operation
When rotating, the roller generates a centrifugal force: the heavier its weight, the faster it pushes the pulley outward and changes the shift point. At the same weight, the consistency of shape and material ensures a steady response and predictable behavior of the variator.
Specifications
Applications: designed for urban quads and scooters. Compatible models: KYMCO MAXXER 300 (2024), QUADRO 350 S (2016), PIAGGIO X9 250 EVOLUTION (M230) (2006).
Replace your rollers with identical weights to regain controlled variator behavior and optimize the feel at the handlebars without invasive modifications.
