Malossi Roller Set 29.8x19.8 mm – 22 g (8 pieces)

This Malossi roller set is designed as a technical replacement for the CVT variator of urban scooters. Made from CPT with a specific formula, these rollers ensure controlled wear and mass consistency to maintain stable performance during city riding.

Operation

The rollers convert rotation into centrifugal force: the heavier the roller, the greater the force pushing the pulley, and the faster the variator increases in gear ratio. By choosing a weight of 22 g, this set positions the engine in a rev range suitable for responsiveness and acceleration in urban environments.
