Grand Brake Disc Kit - ARLEN NESS (Ref. 02-990)
This Arlen Ness Grand Brake kit replaces the original disc with a 381 mm (15") floating Jagged rotor mounted on a hub, designed for road use and a vintage/classic look. The high-carbon 420 stainless steel disc offers a large contact surface and good heat resistance, while the floating design helps limit deformation during sustained use. The assembly adds a robust style to the wheel while retaining the original caliper.
- Kit contents: 15" floating disc, CNC machined caliper bracket/adapter, and chrome mounting hardware.
- Material: 420 stainless steel (high carbon content).
- Diameter: 381 mm (15").
- Finish: Black / Silver.
- Mounting: bolt-on installation; uses the original caliper, disc hardware, and brake line.
- Notes: designed for Factory fork tubes; not compatible with Arlen Ness "Hot Leg" fork tubes. For 18" wheels or larger.
Ideal for touring and custom bikes wanting an oversized front brake with a polished look. Compatible motorcycle examples: Harley-Davidson FLSTNSE CVO, FXSB Breakout, FLSTN Softail Deluxe.
