Design and Materials

Excel rims made from 7000 series alloy manufactured in Japan, providing strength and durability to withstand the demands of roads and trails.
A60 rims available, designed to increase structural strength compared to standard Excel rims for improved longevity.
Machined monobloc hubs made from 6082 T6 alloy in the Netherlands and anodised, ensuring precise centring and increased mechanical strength during assembly.
Stainless steel spokes with 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes, maintaining wheel tension and geometry over time.
Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminium spacers, ensuring smooth rolling and reduced wear.
