To strengthen our Customer Service Team, we are looking for a MOTORCYCLE ADVISOR (as we say here)! Position to be filled immediately.

Your missions: The Conductor of Performance
More than a manager, you are the guarantor of growth (Revenue, Margin, Stock Turnover) and the satisfaction of our passionate customers.
- Strategist & Visionary: You write the roadmap for the BU and define the product strategy across all segments (Road, Offroad, Trail...).
- Team Leader: You lead a team of 6 to 7 talents (Product Managers, Reference Managers, Database Experts, E-merch). Your role is to establish a collaborative dynamic where every input counts.
- Market Expert: Competition analysis, segmentation, pricing positioning, and constant monitoring to anticipate tomorrow's trends.
- Outstanding Negotiator: You represent Motoblouz externally and lead key negotiations to ensure a differentiating and competitive offer.
- Project Driver: You ensure the link with other business areas of the company to advance overall activity.
Your profile: Expert & Passionate
On the Know-how side:
- You have solid experience in Management and Commerce/Purchasing.
- You know how to build budgets and business plans, regardless of granularity.
- The motorcycle parts market and/or mechanics hold no secrets for you (it's your favourite playground).
On the Soft Skills side:
- Analysis & Synthesis: You juggle with indicators and know how to prioritise the essentials for your team.
- Leadership: You are an experienced manager, capable of convincing and engaging everyone in your projects.
- Curiosity: You are always on the lookout for the little innovation that will make a difference.
- Autonomy & Reactivity: In our sector, you need to be able to make quick and effective decisions.

In direct connection with the Customer Service Manager, you will lead the operational part of the service. Your main mission? To animate, control, organise, and continuously improve the quality of our service to ensure compliance with our strategy and achieve our KPIs.
Your missions:
- Team Management & Animation: You supervise and support a team of 7 internal Motorcycle Advisors on a daily basis. You participate in recruitment, conduct monthly/annual interviews, and ensure HR follow-up (contracts, schedules, time tracking on Kélio). You also play a key role in animating our external partner (outsourcer) on its quality and productivity objectives.
- Operational Organisation & Remote Work: You lead morning briefs, organise the floor dynamically, and ensure the smooth organisation of Home Office (current rhythm of 2 days per week). You plan back-office activities (emails, chat, social media, reviews) and ensure the proper transmission of key information.
- Management of Tools & Processes: You are responsible for the proper functioning and use of our ecosystem of tools and you keep the technical procedure books up to date.
- Continuous Improvement & Quality: You lead training on customer/sales discourse by phone, coordinate interventions from our suppliers, and proudly manage the "Customer Service of the Year" excellence project from A to Z.
- Monitoring & Control: You prepare and communicate daily and monthly statistics, verify the proper application of our communication charters, and adjust the organisation to ensure strict compliance with the service's KPIs.
Your profile:
- Experience: You have a successful experience in supervision or team management, ideally within a contact centre or in the e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: You master CRM tools (proficiency in Zendesk is a real plus) as well as scheduling and ticketing management tools.
- Analytical Skills: You have a good analytical capacity to decipher reports, monitor customer reviews, and implement effective action plans.
- Soft Skills: A caring but demanding leader, you are known for your exemplary nature and active listening. Your flawless organisation allows you to manage multitasking calmly in a dynamic environment.
