Returns are at your expense if the delivery was made outside of mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The only condition is that the returned product must comply with the return conditions.
To ensure the acceptance of your return, the product must be:
- In its original packaging, intact.
- Accompanied by all accessories, labels, manuals, and covers.
- For helmets, reflective labels must not be stuck on and the protective film on the visor must still be present.

Tires: The legal return period is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package. Returns of tires are subject to a flat return fee of €30, payable by the customer.
