YOUR MISSION: Lead, Create, and Manage

As the Director of this integrated store, you are the direct ambassador of our brand and work closely with the central services at headquarters, without any franchise intermediary. Your responsibilities revolve around 4 major pillars:

1. Management & Human Development

• Build your team: Recruit 2 to 3 collaborators for the opening.
• Support: Develop skills, organize annual reviews, and manage the training plan.
• Ensure: Ensure compliance with labor laws and the application of the company's management policy.

2. Commercial Performance & Strategy

• Define objectives: Monitor key indicators (sales, margin, conversion rate) by sector.
• Optimize profitability: Manage the operating account, reduce costs, and drive long-term profitability.
• Report: Analyze performance to regional management.

3. Operations Management

• Manage daily operations: Building maintenance, safety of goods/people, and compliance with commercial regulations.
• Master flows: Manage stock and supplies in close collaboration with logistics.

4. Animation & Customer Experience

• Adapt the offer: Choose ranges according to local competition and define layout (floor plans).
• Innovate: Create events, specific commercial operations, and implement a premium service policy (loyalty, welcome).
• Communicate: Define communication actions (press, media, digital).

YOUR PROFILE

• You have significant experience in profit center management.
• A natural leader, you know how to rally a small team around ambitious projects.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess a keen sense of commerce and customer service.
• Experience in opening a point of sale is a real asset.

Your playground

Directly reporting to Rémi, our prep team leader, you will join the logistics Spartans team: a highly dynamic team, even on weekends!

Your missions (if you accept them):

• Picking products with precision,
• Carefully packing customer orders,
• Controlling the logistics chain,
• Maintaining the cleanliness of your working area.

Of course, the team will be there to support and train you on our tools and processes from your arrival.

Your missions: The Conductor of Performance

More than a manager, you are the guarantor of growth (sales, margin, stock rotation) and the satisfaction of our passionate customers.

• Strategist & Visionary: You write the roadmap for the BU and define the product strategy across all segments (Road, Offroad, Trail...).
• Team Leader: You lead a team of 6 to 7 talents (Product Managers, Reference Managers, Database Experts, E-merch). Your role is to establish a collaborative dynamic where every input counts.
• Market Expert: Analyze competition, segmentation, pricing positioning, and constant monitoring to anticipate tomorrow's trends.
• Negotiator Extraordinaire: You represent Motoblouz externally and lead key negotiations to ensure a differentiating and competitive offer.
• Project Pilot: You ensure the link with other business areas of the company to advance overall activity.

Your profile: Expert & Passionate

On the Know-how side:

• You have solid experience in Management and Commerce/Purchasing.
• You know how to build budgets and business plans, regardless of granularity.
• The motorcycle parts market and/or mechanics hold no secrets for you (it's your favourite playground).

On the Soft Skills side:

• Analysis & Synthesis: You juggle with indicators and know how to prioritize the essentials for your team.
• Leadership: You are an experienced manager, capable of convincing and engaging everyone in your projects.
• Curiosity: You are always on the lookout for the little innovation that will make a difference.
• Autonomy & Reactivity: In our sector, you need to be able to make quick and effective decisions.
