Store Manager (M/F) – New Store Opening

The challenge: Bring our new store to life!

As part of its development in branch (own store) and on the occasion of an opening planned for September 2026, we are looking for our future Store Manager. A true entrepreneur at heart, you will join our teams in June/July 2026 to lead the launch phase, recruit your team, and orchestrate the implementation of our concept in the North of Paris/South of Brussels area.

YOUR MISSION: Lead, Create, and Manage

As the Director of this integrated store, you are the direct ambassador of our brand and work closely with the central services at headquarters, without any franchise intermediary. Your responsibilities revolve around 4 major pillars:

1. Management & Human Development

  • Build your team: Recruit 2 to 3 collaborators for the opening.
  • Support: Develop skills, organize annual reviews, and manage the training plan.
  • Ensure: Ensure compliance with labor laws and the application of the company's management policy.

2. Commercial Performance & Strategy

  • Define objectives: Monitor key indicators (sales, margin, conversion rate) by sector.
  • Optimize profitability: Manage the operating account, reduce costs, and drive long-term profitability.
  • Report: Analyze performance to regional management.

3. Operations Management

  • Manage daily operations: Building maintenance, safety of goods/people, and compliance with commercial regulations.
  • Master flows: Manage stock and supplies in close collaboration with logistics.

4. Animation & Customer Experience

  • Adapt the offer: Choose ranges according to local competition and define layout (floor plans).
  • Innovate: Create events, specific commercial operations, and implement a premium service policy (loyalty, welcome).
  • Communicate: Define communication actions (press, media, digital).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have significant experience in profit center management.
  • A natural leader, you know how to rally a small team around ambitious projects.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess a keen sense of commerce and customer service.
  • Experience in opening a point of sale is a real asset.
