My Motoblouz Shark competition rules: 3 gift cards to be won

SAS D3T DISTRIBUTION, with share capital of €9,162, registered in the Arras Trade and Companies Register under no. 478.566.250, whose registered office is located at Z.A. DU CHÂTEAU - 72 rue Elie Cartan - 62220 CARVIN, is organizing a Game entitled "My Motoblouz Shark Competition: 3 gift cards to be won" from December 2 to 15, 2025 .
The present rules define the legal rules applicable to this Game.

This obligatory Game is open to any person over 18 years of age residing in France (including Corsica and French overseas departments and territories), excluding members of the Organizing Body's staff and their families, including cohabitants, and more generally companies directly or indirectly involved in the implementation of the Game.
Participation implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules.
The prize is limited to a single award per customer account.

Contest valid on the Motoblouz.com website and in Motoblouz stores.
For any order(s) of an eligible Shark helmet (see the list of products here), placed or taken with a validated payment between Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 00:01 a.m. and Monday, December 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m., and for which the customer is a My Motoblouz member at the time of purchase, you automatically participate in the Game and have a chance to win one of the three gift cards in play:

- 1 gift card worth €50,
- 1 gift card worth €100,
- 1 gift card worth €200.

Please note: any return of a winning order for reimbursement or credit will invalidate the prize. Exchanges are still possible.

The following prizes will be awarded:

-1 gift card worth €50 incl. VAT,
-1 gift card worth €100 incl. VAT,
-1 gift card worth €200 incl. VAT,

to be used on the Motoblouz.com website or in Motoblouz stores for 1 year from the date of receipt.


These prizes are not transferable to a third party and will not be taken back, exchanged for other objects or services, or converted into cash, cheques or bank transfers.
If a winner does not wish or is unable to take possession of his/her prize, he/she will not be entitled to any compensation.
Winners authorize any verification of their identity and address. Any false information will result in elimination. The Organizing Company reserves the right to initiate any proceedings in the event of fraud or attempted fraud against these rules.
Any further details concerning the awarding of the prize will be communicated to the winners in due course.

A draw will be held by the Organizing Body on January 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., to select the three winners of the Game. The winners will be contacted by Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the latest, by e-mail or telephone, according to the contact details available in their customer account, in order to specify the terms of delivery of the prize.

The Organizing Body will send the prize by e-mail no later than Friday, January 23, 2026 in the form of an e-gift card. Winners will not receive a physical gift card.

Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these Rules. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or terms of the Game or the designation of winners will be answered.
