Features

Designed for urban journeys and stop & go traffic, the BMC FM01050 air filter provides technical filtration tailored for scooters like the PCX. Recognised in competition and on the road, this filter combines durability and simplified maintenance for demanding riders.

Construction: one-piece filter without a gasket that could break.
Filtering element: special cotton soaked in low-viscosity oil for effective filtration while preserving airflow.
Protection: high-strength epoxy mesh resistant to fuel vapours and oxidation.
Maintenance: washable and reusable cotton with specific BMC maintenance products.
Everyday performance: optimised airflow to limit efficiency loss compared to standard paper filters.

The essential criteria of a cotton filter — permeability, filtration, retention, and reusability — are met to ensure constant engine protection while facilitating maintenance operations. Ideal for urban use on scooters, it is easily replaced and cleaned during servicing.
