BMC Air Filter - FM289/08: an intake element designed for roadsters seeking reliable and durable filtration. Drawing on BMC's expertise, this cotton filter serves as a reusable alternative to paper elements, designed to maintain optimal airflow without compromising engine protection.

Monobloc construction: no seals that could break.
Special cotton filter media, soaked in low-viscosity oil for effective filtration.
Epoxy mesh resistant to gasoline vapours and oxidation.
Washable and reusable: maintenance possible with specific BMC products.
Optimised airflow, reducing losses compared to traditional paper filters.

The qualities of a cotton filter are measured in permeability (allowing air to pass), filtration (blocking foreign bodies), retention (holding particles), and reusability (maintenance and recommissioning). The FM289/08 meets these criteria while facilitating periodic maintenance of the intake system.
