Bmc FM425/04 Air filterRef : BMC00073A / 1097686

BMC Air Filter - FM425/04: designed for riders seeking reliable filtration and healthy engine breathing on roadsters. Manufactured by BMC, this filter replaces the original part T2204820 and comes in a Standard version, suitable for stock configurations.

• Monobloc construction without fragile seals for enhanced mechanical stability.
• Special cotton filter element impregnated with low-viscosity oil for effective particle capture.
• High-strength epoxy frame and mesh resistant to gasoline vapours and oxidation.
• Washable and reusable product: maintenance possible with specific BMC products.
• Optimised airflow, designed to minimise power loss compared to traditional paper filters.

The qualities of a cotton filter are measured in permeability, filtration, retention, and reusability. The FM425/04 strikes a balance between airflow and engine protection: it facilitates the engine's breathing while retaining foreign bodies. Regular maintenance is recommended to maintain the filter's efficiency and longevity.
