Features

RFX Pro Oil Filter Cover — Manufacturer part number: FXFC 40300 99BU. Designed for motocross trackers and demanding riders, this RFX cover combines lightweight construction with durability to maintain the sealing of the crankcase while facilitating oil circulation.

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, the RFX filter cover offers dimensional stability against heat and the stresses of off-road riding. Its increased flow geometry promotes more efficient oil circulation around the filter, while the blue anodization resists scratches and external aggressions. Hollow design and reduced weight: ideal for minimizing unsprung mass without compromising strength.

Installation — Drain the oil according to the manual, remove the old cover while preserving the sealing surface, transfer or replace the O-ring, install the prepared filter (soaked in oil), then mount the new cover and refill. Check for leaks upon startup.
