This triple-layer foam air filter is designed for off-road and motocross applications. Its multi-layer design traps dust, sand, and fine particles while promoting airflow within the airbox. The breathable seal ensures an extensive contact surface for a secure fit.


Design and Materials

  • The triple-layer foam combines an airy layer and a denser layer to effectively filter impurities without restricting airflow.
  • The third flame-retardant layer allows for the removal of the original anti-backfire screen when this configuration is required.
  • The solvent and petrol-resistant adhesive maintains the cohesion of the different layers of the filter.
  • The internal bonding of the casings prevents dust from embedding between the layers to preserve the integrity of the filter.

Installation and Mounting

  • The breathable seal provides maximum contact surface with the housing to keep the filter in place and ensure proper sealing.
  • The slightly more compact size than the original element frees up volume in the airbox to enhance airflow.
  • The Standard version is suitable for replacing a filter of the same type.
