Pre-oiled air filter by Twin air

Pre-oiled air filter designed to optimise filtration and air circulation. Its multi-layer structure combines an airy foam, a dense foam, and a fire-retardant layer to capture dust and fine particles while maintaining intake flow. The reinforced bonding and specific adhesive resist solvents and petrol for long-lasting performance.


Design and materials

  • First layer of airy foam that retains dust, sand, and impurities to protect the engine in dusty conditions.
  • Second denser layer that captures fine particles while promoting air passage to preserve intake flow.
  • Third fire-retardant layer allowing the removal of the original flame arrester while maintaining effective filtration.
  • Specially developed adhesive that resists solvents and petrol to ensure the cohesion of the foams and increased durability.

Practicality and features

  • Significantly more compact design than the original element to increase the available volume in the airbox and promote air circulation.
  • Breathable seal ensuring maximum contact surface with the housing body to limit air leaks.
