DEMON PAXL-1107HD — Complete reinforced axle shaft for quad. Designed for lifted configurations and portal transmissions, this shaft adheres to material and manufacturing standards intended for demanding use on track or trail.
- Construction : high-strength chromoly steel shafts, double heat treatment, and precision CNC machining for tight tolerances.
- Mechanical engineering : wide articulation angles and limited double sliding design to reduce the risk of axle locking.
- Reinforced dimensions : diameter increased by 15 to 20% and size of the constant velocity joint increased by 10 to 15% compared to standard joints, for enhanced mechanical strength.
- Internal components : internal cage made of 4340 chromoly, heat-treated shafts, and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) bellows.
- Lubrication : bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease for long-lasting lubrication of joints.
Compatibility: suitable for 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms from various brands. Particularly suitable for several popular quads (e.g. KAWASAKI KVF 750 Brute Force - models listed in top fitment).
