- Solid construction: high-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment for enhanced mechanical performance.
- Optimised transmission and articulation: wide articulation angles and double sliding design that significantly reduce the risk of axle locking.
- Improved joints and boots: increased size of the homokinetic joint by 10 to 15% and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots for better longevity. Boots filled with high-load molybdenum grease.
- Quality components: 4340 chromoly internal cage and precision CNC machining for a reliable fit. Shaft diameter is 15 to 20% larger than original axles.
Installation compatible with lift kits of 2", 3", 4" and 5", as well as certain portal transmission lifts and A-arms from selected brands — check specific compatibility before installation. Designed to withstand the demands of off-road use while facilitating manoeuvrability and road holding of the rolling chassis.
