Features

Manufacturer reference: PAXL-1125HD — Brand: DEMON. Complete reinforced axle designed for quads, aimed at demanding users in off-road and crossing applications. Its robust design aims to improve performance on difficult terrains while maintaining wide articulation travel.

Double sliding architecture and wide articulation angles to reduce the risk of axle locking.
Increased size homokinetic joints (+10 to 15%) compared to standard joints for improved movement capacity.
Upper shaft diameter 15 to 20% larger than original axles for greater robustness against stresses.
High-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment for better resistance to torsion and fatigue.
Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease for lubrication and protection against dust and water.
Internal cage made of chromoly 4340 and precision CNC machining for tight tolerances and quality assembly.

Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lift kits, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms depending on the models. Check compatibility with your machine before installation. Particularly suitable for SUZUKI LT-A 750 AXI 4X4 Kingquad (2017) in its EPS and Camo variants.
