Complete reinforced drive shaft, designed for demanding quads and Side by Sides. This axle features a double sliding architecture and wide articulation angles, which limit the risk of axle locking during extreme movements. The shafts are made from high-strength chromoly steel with double heat treatment and precision CNC machining for a refined geometry.
- Compatibility: compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms.
- Size and robustness: upper diameter increased by 15 to 20% and size of the constant velocity joint increased by 10 to 15% compared to standard components.
- Materials: chromoly shafts, internal cage made of chromoly 4340, boots made of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE).
- Lubrication: bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease for long-lasting joint protection.
- Finish: CNC machining for tight tolerances and careful assembly.
Designed for Polaris SPORTSMAN riders (e.g. 570 6x6 EPS, 570 4x4 EPS Trail, 570 4x4 EPS Touring) and other SxS/quads requiring a reinforced shaft suitable for lifted configurations. Ideal for those seeking a robust solution designed for high elevations and increased demands.
