Axle – POL-7002
Replace your drive shaft with this MOOSE OFFROAD FOUR WHEEL axle designed for quad use. Made from steel (chrome-moly for critical components) and delivered in raw/black finish, it offers a robust maintenance part, ready to withstand off-road stresses without compromising on fit and functionality.
- Construction: chrome-moly steel for shafts, housings, tracks, and bearings.
- Treatments: precision machining and heat treatments; induction-treated joints.
- Assembly: fully assembled in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory for quicker installation on the vehicle.
- Sealing and protection: stainless steel bellows clamps and spring steel retaining clips (if necessary).
- Lubrication: joints greased with high-performance molybdenum grease to reduce wear.
- Finish: black/raw, standard duty, precision rolled splines and threads.
Part intended for quads, suitable as a replacement for several Polaris models (see compatibility). Main compatible vehicles: POLARIS SPORTSMAN 500 HO 4x4 (2002), POLARIS SPORTSMAN 400 4x4 (2002), POLARIS 455 4x4 Diesel (2001). Manufacturer reference: POL-7002.
