CAN-7020 Axle by MOOSE OFFROAD FOUR WHEEL — replacement CV drive shaft designed for quads. Made from solid chromoly steel, machined and heat-treated for high durability under off-road conditions. Ideal for riders who push their machines in climbing, trail or muddy outings, this axle incorporates essential components: cages, tracks and bearings suited to the demands of 4x4 transmissions.
- Construction: solid chromoly steel, black/raw finish.
- Assembly: delivered fully assembled for easy installation.
- Joints: induction treated and factory greased with molybdenum grease.
- Fastening: spring steel retaining clips and stainless steel bellows clamps for secure holding.
- Manufacturing: precise machining of splines and rolled threads; factory production certified ISO9001 and TS16949.
- Strength: according to the manufacturer, up to 35% stronger and tested to failure to assess durability.
Designed to meet the expectations of demanding quad riders, this axle aims for the fit, form and function necessary for OEM replacement. Manufacturer reference: CAN-7020 — compatible with certain CAN AM Renegade and Outlander 1000 models (2018).
