MOOSE OFFROAD FOUR WHEEL Axle – Manufacturer Ref. ARC-7003

Replacement axle for quad, designed for constant velocity (CV) drive. Built for off-road use, it combines solid chromoly steel machined components and bearings suitable for trail or heavy-duty applications.

• Construction: central shaft, cages and tracks in chromoly steel, precision rolled splines and threads.
• Treatments: heat-treated components, induction-hardened joints, and factory-lubricated with molybdenum grease for prolonged lubrication performance.
• Sealing and fastening: stainless steel bellows clamps, spring steel retaining clips (where necessary) for secure mounting.
• Assembly: delivered fully assembled to simplify installation; black/raw finish.
• Manufacturing: product from an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory; subjected to mechanical testing, including break tests.
• Usage: standard duty, steel material — part suitable for original replacements on quads.
