Specifically designed for the Honda XR400R, this HOT CAMS Stage 1 camshaft is developed from testing on dynamometers and validated by competition teams. Designed for the quad and motocross environments, it aims to optimize engine response without requiring extensive modifications: an ideal solution for those seeking more torque and additional power without further alterations.

Stage 1: increases torque and power without any additional modifications needed. Perfect for a minor upgrade.
Stage 2: intended for a more advanced setup; it requires additional modifications (high-compression pistons, larger carburetor) to fully realize its potential.
Stage 3: designed for Supermotard use or displacement increase (to be installed with original valve springs).

Installation requires mechanical skills and appropriate tools: if you are not equipped, it is advisable to have a professional handle the installation. Two complete shim sets allow for precise valve timing adjustments for proper tuning.

Indicative compatibility: Honda XR 400 R (NE03) 2004 and Honda TRX 400 EX Sportrax models listed among common applications.
