The MALOSSI engine case kit (manufacturer reference: 57 6548) is aimed at Peugeot scooter riders looking to prepare their engine block while maintaining a robust and interchangeable base. Designed from a special aluminum alloy through die casting and then machined on CNC centers, this pair of cases offers a lightweight, durable structure with a refined design, featuring integrated frame mounting and high-flow reed valve intake.

Construction: high-strength aluminum alloy, CNC machining for precise finishing.
Intake: 4-petal carbon fiber reeds provided for optimized intake response.
Included accessories: PHBG 17-21 carburetor manifold, variator case support, gasket kit, and mounting hardware.
Installation: fully interchangeable with original Peugeot cases, allowing for direct installation or evolution towards a "special Malossi" engine by adding the brand's parts.
Usage: ideal for urban-oriented preparation / character kick, with modified transmission and intake.

Delivered complete to facilitate installation, this kit is compatible with Peugeot 103 (SPX, RCX) and other equivalent models. A technical choice for those who want to enhance the engine base while paving the way for more advanced preparation.
