Designed for the demanding uses of motocross and light trails, the 520HDS from JT Drive Chain is a super-reinforced chain from the HDS range. It combines a robust construction with a profile suited for frequent stresses: powerful starts, jumps, and abrasive terrains. Ideal for those seeking a reliable transmission for urban, cross, or roadster use.

• Pitch: 520
• Number of Links: 118
• Color: black / steel
• Weight: 1.55 kg / 100 links
• Quality: super-reinforced (HDS)
• Quick link included

The HDS nomenclature indicates a reinforced chain specifically designed for MX and small displacement trail/cross bikes — more resistant to lateral stresses and impacts than a standard chain. Simple installation thanks to the included quick link; be sure to adhere to the sprocket torque and tension recommended by your manufacturer. Regular maintenance (appropriate cleaning and lubrication) will extend the lifespan and preserve the sprocket/crown components.

Common compatibilities: 450 and 750 cc cross and trail models (e.g., Yamaha YZ 450 F, Suzuki RM-Z 450, Honda X-ADV 750 DCT ABS) — check the sprocket/crown ratio and the number of links before installation.
