Features

HINSON Billetproof Complete Clutch (Manufacturer part number: HC557-2102): a clutch ready to replace the original on demanding motocross machines. Designed and assembled by HINSON, renowned in competition, this kit is aimed at riders who want a robust, precise clutch system designed to withstand the rigours of off-road courses.

Kit contents: Billetproof® cover, basket, inner hub, pressure plate, fibre and steel discs, springs.
Materials: machined parts made from T-6 aerospace aluminium, hard coating applied to external surfaces — offers up to 5× wear resistance compared to the original, depending on maintenance.
Performance: designed for more precise rotation of the clutch assembly, better heat dissipation, and reduced knocking during disengagement.
Competition use: component approved by major factory teams (Team HRC Honda, Monster Kawasaki, RedBull KTM, JGR Suzuki, Wilvo Yamaha).

The HINSON Billetproof kit is aimed at motocross and cross riders looking for a sharp response at the clutch lever, increased durability, and better thermal management in demanding conditions. Check compatibility with your model before installation (examples: KAWASAKI KX 250 2026/2022).
