Features

HOT RODS Connecting Rod Kit - Honda (manufacturer part number: 8124) is a replacement part designed for engine overhaul and repair operations. Designed to restore the connection between the piston and crankshaft, this kit is aimed at riders and mechanics who maintain cross and off-road machines.

Suitable for the enduro/cross environment, this connecting rod kit allows for the replacement of a worn connecting rod during an engine opening, in order to achieve a connecting rod-piston-crankshaft assembly that meets original specifications. It is particularly useful during engine refurbishment after significant wear, a shock, or for restoration before returning to the track.

Brand: HOT RODS
Category: Connecting Rod Kit
Universe: Cross
Manufacturer part number: 8124

Check compatibility with your machine before installation. This kit is offered for the following models (to be confirmed with your year and serial number):

HONDA XR 400 R (NE03) 2004 - 400 cm3
HONDA XR 400 R (NE03) 2003 - 400 cm3
HONDA XR 400 R (NE03) 2002 - 400 cm3

For safe and durable installation, consult a professional or follow the manufacturer's procedure. Check tolerances, balancing, and clearance at the bearings during the overhaul.
