POLINI engine casing with engine mount designed for the complete reassembly of a 50 cm3 engine block. This casing accommodates both original cylinders and larger diameter cylinders, providing a robust base for engine group reconstruction. Intended for urban applications and modifications on small displacements (e.g., Peugeot 103, 103 SPX, 105), it integrates into the overhaul operations of the crankshaft kit.

• Replacement and assembly: complete engine disassembly and removal of the block from the chassis required.
• Preparation: careful cleaning of all reusable parts and the new casing before assembly.
• Opening procedure: heat the casing to approximately 250 °C to open it cleanly.
• Recommended checks: inspect the crankshaft, the condition of the bearings, and replace if worn.
• Assembly steps: install main shafts, felt seals, oil seals, central gasket, then close the casing by tightening evenly. Then install the crankshaft, piston, rings, cylinder, cylinder head gasket, and cylinder head. Attach the reed valve and intake manifold with the supplied gaskets and screws.
