Features

Manufacturer reference: CB-B12T1D

Frame protection bar by AKRAPOVIC, designed for the Trail/Adventure spirit. Made from sandblasted titanium tube Ø25 mm, it combines strength and lightness — approximately 40% lighter than an equivalent steel version — to protect the motorcycle without adding weight to the machine. Precision TIG welding and 8 mm laser-cut and machined brackets ensure a rigid mounting and a close fit to the original components.

Material: sandblasted titanium tube 25 mm, reduced corrosion, lightweight (3.88 kg / 8.55 lb).
Mounting: anchor points partially bonded to the chassis to distribute shocks and limit deformations.
Protection: 2.5 mm carbon fibre pads, structural and replaceable in case of impact.
Versatility: design intended to integrate with original elements and allow the addition of bags or long-range/fog lights on the bar.
Finish: engraved AKRAPOVIC logo, manufacturing assessed through testing and deformation analysis.
Agility: does not restrict the machine's lean angle.

Ideal for the BMW R 1250 GS (1G13) 2024 and other demanding trails, this bar protects the frame and facilitates the carrying of additional equipment while maintaining road behaviour. A technical choice for the adventurous rider concerned with strength and weight.
