The components are designed to wear or deform upon impact, reducing the risk of the motorcycle snagging or tipping over.

Installation points to note: the kit may interfere with liquid cooling lines and is not compatible with Twin-Cooled touring models. On some models, the chin spoiler must be removed or replaced with an oil cooler cover. For certain Road Glide models ('15-'23, exceptions listed), installation requires a specific lower fairing support (H-D P/N 47200354) and the appropriate fasteners, not included.
