High-performance cylinder kit designed for small displacement two-stroke motocross bikes. Intended for engine replacement or refurbishment, this kit includes a high-quality cast piston and specifications suitable for the 85 cc motocross category.

Vertex pistons are gravity cast from an aluminum alloy containing approximately 18% silicone. This percentage of silicone reduces thermal expansion of the piston at operating temperature and improves wear resistance of the skirt. Thanks to these metallurgical characteristics, the pistons feature fitting tolerances compatible with 2T use and are suitable for factory settings for most 85 cc engines.
