MALOSSI Cylinder Kit Ø63 mm (manufacturer ref. 3115695) — designed for riders seeking high-level thermal tuning for their urban Vespa/Peugeot/Piaggio. This thermal group increases the displacement to 182.67 cc (bore Ø 63 mm, stroke 58.6 mm) with a compression ratio of 11.15:1. Robust design in high-silicon aluminum alloy, silicon carbide-coated sleeve on a nickel matrix, and diamond cross-hatched bore finish for tight tolerances.

• Cylinder: precision CNC machining, recalibrated heat exchange surfaces, cylinder-piston clearance = 0.05 mm.
• Piston: ultra-compact 3-segment design, special low-expansion aluminum alloy, tin coating on sliding surfaces, lightweight and reinforced.
• Segments: 1st segment nitrided and chrome-plated, 2nd in special cast iron, 3-piece chrome scraper — improved sliding and high mechanical resistance.
• Usage: for competition only, to be installed in dedicated enclosures according to sporting authorities.
