MALOSSI Cylinder Kit - Ø47.6 mm

This MALOSSI thermal group kit is aimed at demanding riders looking for a high-level part for their 50 cc scooters. Carefully designed and machined, it combines a specific aluminum alloy cylinder, a reinforced piston, high-strength rings, and a reworked cylinder head for sustained RPM and increased durability.

Technical specifications and components:

• Cylinder: aluminum alloy with a high percentage of silicon and titanium, heat treatment for quenching and stabilization for dimensional stability up to 250°C. Internal surface reinforced by silicon carbide deposition on a nickel matrix (high hardness) and CNC machining for strict tolerances. Diameter Ø 47.6 mm.
• Piston: high-temperature silicon alloy, graphite coating to reduce friction, reinforced structure, and monoblock piston (1 mm) made of ductile cast iron with a hard chrome coating.
• Rings: rectified ductile cast iron, with a hard chrome anti-wear layer.
• Cylinder head: aluminum alloy with high thermal exchange, redesigned combustion chambers for a higher compression ratio and better mixture turbulence. CNC machining.
