Features

Universal Baffle LA CHOPPERS (manufacturer ref. LA-1217-24) — Stainless steel baffle designed for custom projects and replacement of worn parts. With its 24" (61 cm) length and an outer diameter of 44.5 mm (1‑3/4"), this universal style baffle easily fits into the silencers of vintage motorcycles, bobbers, and café racers for your builds or restorations.

Material: 22 gauge stainless steel (corrosion resistant).
Dimensions: length 61 cm (24"), outer diameter 44.5 mm (1‑3/4").
Perforation: 33 holes per square inch, holes of 1/8" diameter, staggered centres of 3/16".
Open surface: 40% (optimised exhaust flow for custom mounts).
Delivery: baffle supplied without soundproofing material.
Origin: made in the United States.

Ideal for replacing rusted baffles or for integrating into a homemade silencer, this baffle offers a simple and robust construction, ready to be adjusted (cutting, welding, brazing) according to your needs.
