MALOSSI Multivar 2000 Variator – manufacturer reference 5114266. Designed for urban scooters, this Malossi aftermarket variator aims to optimise the performance of the CVT transmission and improve engine behaviour in daily use.

Complete Multivar 2000 Variator: delivered ready to install.
Contents: half-pulley, spring, rollers, guide, spacer, and Multivar hub.
Behaviour: improved liveliness and responsiveness during acceleration, more linear rev increase.
Stability: greater consistency at high revs for a smoother riding sensation.
Destination: ideal for urban riding and daily commutes on a 125 cc scooter.

The Multivar 2000 is aimed at riders looking to refine the transmission for a more lively ride in the city — sharper starts, smoother acceleration. Installation replaces the original pulley; please follow the installation recommendations and balance the rollers to fully utilise the kit.
