The MALOSSI Multivar 2000 variator is an aftermarket solution designed for urban scooters seeking a more controlled transmission. Developed by Malossi, this complete kit aims to optimize transmission efficiency and enhance engine behavior during acceleration phases, without any unverified claims of numerical gains.

Complete Multivar 2000 variator
Kit contents: half-pulley, spring, rollers, guide, spacer, Multivar hub, grease
Desired characteristics: liveliness and responsiveness during acceleration, more linear rev increase, consistency at high RPM

Thanks to its replacement components (pulley, rollers, and spring), the Multivar 2000 refines the behavior of the CVT transmission for smoother gear transitions and a more responsive throttle. Its design also allows for easier maintenance when replacing worn parts.
