Designed by Malossi from track experience, this Multivar optimizes the CVT transmission of urban Yamaha / Minarelli scooters without modifying the engine or the casing: it replaces the original variator. Ideal for those seeking a more responsive acceleration and a smoother rev-up.

• 99.5 mm mobile half-pulley made of cast aluminum alloy, with diamond-machined contact surface for a constant friction coefficient between pulley and belt.
• Kit comes with two sets of 6 rollers (3.9 g and 4.7 g) to adjust the speed curve: a compromise between acceleration and top speed.
• Silicon-chrome steel counter spring, pre-hardened, with counterclockwise winding; other springs of the same class available as an option for fine-tuning.
• Manufactured according to a quality system certified by Dekra Certification GmbH.

Tuning advice: start with the supplied rollers to find the desired balance between responsiveness and top-end, then adjust the counter spring or use rollers of different weights according to your usage (city, fast rides, training).
