MALOSSI Multivar MHR (OVER RANGE) Variator - Yamaha / Minarelli — Manufacturer part number: 5112800
Designed for Minarelli engines mounted on Yamaha models, this Malossi Multivar MHR variator has been developed to meet the evolving performance needs of urban scooters. Engineered to optimize primary transmission management, it incorporates Malossi innovations for a more progressive gear ratio variation and enhanced mechanical strength.
- Enlarged rollers: increased from 16x13 to 19x15.5 mm for a longer gear change curve.
- Reinforced structure: strengthened variator bushing for better pulley stability.
- Smooth operation: design aimed at reducing jolts and improving gear shift comfort.
- Optimized torque converter: internal components designed for a more controlled transmission response.
Compatible with a wide range of 50 cc urban scooters — including models: MBK Ovetto 2T One (2018), Yamaha BW'S ORIGINAL 10 inches (2016), and Aprilia Sonic 50 GP (2015). Before installation, please check the exact compatibility with your model and the overall condition of the transmission.
