Specifically designed for urban 50cc scooters, the Multivar MHR Team 2 variator incorporates Malossi's technical solutions to optimize the response of the drivetrain without making quantified claims. Its design aims to improve the smoothness of gear transitions and the consistency of the transmission, for a more uniform ride both in the city and on closed tracks.

• Friction and lubrication: hardened steel bushings and double sealing rings create a grease reservoir that reduces friction.
• 22 mm hub: drilled to connect internal and external chambers to ensure grease circulation and optimize tolerances.
• Half-pulley: diameter 99.5 mm, cast aluminum alloy, diamond-coated surface for constant and controlled belt contact.
• Adjustment set: comes with 2 sets of 6 rollers and a pre-treated chrome-silicon steel counter-spring (counter-clockwise winding). Other springs available as an option.

Compatible with many 50 2T scooters (Piaggio, Aprilia, Gilera, Vespa, Derbi, etc.) and, for certain models, also designed for OVER RANGE. This product is primarily intended for competitive use in suitable locations; Malossi disclaims any responsibility for non-compliant use.
