Designed by MALOSSI to replace the original transmission group of Kymco AK550 and CV3, this Over Range kit combines optimized components for the high demands of urban riding. It incorporates proven elements from the brand while adding a fixed pulley with an increased diameter, a reinforced belt, and a reworked Multivar variator to broaden the gear ratio range and ensure a more consistent performance in daily use as well as during spirited riding.

• Fixed Pulley with an increased diameter, made from specific materials with a thermochemical treatment for high wear resistance.
• Malossi K Belt made of Kevlar® with a section and length tailored for optimal performance in various conditions.
• Revised Multivar Variator featuring new roller tracks and a new hub, resulting from competitive experience and CAD/CAM tools.
