Polini Hi-Speed variator designed for Yamaha Minarelli 2T engines, developed to enhance transmission performance. New machining of the half-pulley and polished roller tracks for smoother sliding and increased belt travel. Reinforced push spring and Evo Slider anti-torsion system for more stable engagement in urban and road use.

Design and materials

• New machining of the mobile half-pulley increasing belt travel, to widen the usable transmission range.
• Inner tracks of the rollers polished for more consistent sliding during RPM variations.
• 16x13 rollers weighing 6.9 g made from a nylon and aramid fibre blend, for controlled rolling mass and optimised responsiveness.
• Push spring with a 10% increased load and Evo Slider anti-torsion to limit spring stress and stabilise engagement.

• Designed for installation on Yamaha Minarelli 2T engines, making replacement easier compared to the original variator.
• Road type and Urban universe indicated for daily use in the city and on the road.
