Features

The RFX Pro brake caliper and disc guard (green) is a universal protection designed to fit RFX disc guard mounts. Designed for off-road practices and rides where stones and roots challenge your braking components, this shield preserves the disc and caliper while remaining lightweight and durable.

Features

High-strength plastic shell, green color with RFX color-coded 3M adhesive.
Designed to protect the brake disc from impacts from stones and roots.
Compatible with oversized discs up to 270 mm.
Design exposes the caliper to air for natural cooling, unlike many stock protections.
Machined aluminum support (billet) replacing the wheel spacer for easier wheel changes.
Multiple color combinations available — this model in green.
Note: a model-specific mount is required for fitting.

Installation (summary)

Remove the OEM disc guard, loosen the axle, and remove the wheel.
Replace the disc side spacer with the RFX support and attach the protective shell.
Reinstall the wheel, position the disc in the caliper, insert the axle, and gradually tighten while compressing the fork for alignment.
Check the locking and clearance of the disc before any ride.
