Set of MALOSSI rollers designed for urban scooters seeking precise variator response. This pack of 6 rollers (manufacturer reference 6614705.C0) is machined in CPT with a dedicated formula by MALOSSI to ensure consistent wear and smooth action in the variator pulley.
The rollers act by centrifugal force: as they rotate, their mass pushes the movable faces of the variator outward, altering the engagement point and the response behavior. Choosing lighter or heavier rollers allows for fine-tuning the engine speed under load, the initial response at startup, and the smoothness of acceleration, without claiming universal numerical gains.
